Volunteering

The volunteerism and support that we so proudly honor today is the culmination of the efforts of hundreds of thousands of hours dedicated to the farm over the past four decades. It is a living testament to every person who has mowed a lawn, weeded the gardens, supported an idea, worked the grounds, made apple crisp, suggested and ran a event, or raised money for the awareness of this mission. It is proof that teamwork builds strong organizations and leads to tremendous outcomes.

Waters Farm continues to be an all volunteer organization that is the benefactor of the efforts of all those who been involved, past, present and future generations.

We’re always welcoming new volunteers to lend a helping hand at Waters Farm. We have several Work Days throughout the year for volunteers to work on grounds maintenance, small carpentry projects, building clean-up, general farm work, and more.

Waters Farm Work Days is a great opportunity to gain community service hours while helping a local, all-volunteer, nonprofit living history center. Be a part of something special, and have fun while doing so!
